SPRING
TUNE UP TIME
By

We all have a mental, social and physical side. If you have a strong belief and that belief got attacked, you wíll feel stress mentally; which is that part of you that deals with expectations, ideas, and values. You may worry or have insomnia. If stress hits you on the social side that part of you that represents your connections to others, you will feel angry, frustrated, or weepy. And if the stress comes on the physical side, that part of you that deals with timelines, projects, and finite resources, you will get tight shoulders. When one side is off-balance, it affects the other two sides. But how can we keep all sides in balance?
TUNE
UP SUGGESTIONS
Mental:
Ask what belief you are defending and reframe it into a learning
opportunity thereby regaining peace of mind.
Social: Write your upset on paper making it objective and then throw it away. A healer said," I am going to love you whether you want me to or not because it is good for me."
Physical:
Take time out and have a sauna or a reflexology treatment, forcing you to take rest.
Our mental, social, and physical sides are each important – we all need tune ups and no better time than spring time.
